The 5mm High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Roof Rack is constructed from a durable, 5mm thick aluminum alloy that is both rust and fracture resistant, making it capable of handling heavy loads. This high-strength alloy ensures the rack can safely support a dynamic weight capacity of up to 200 lbs, allowing you to transport a variety of gear such as luggage, bicycles, kayaks, and more, freeing up valuable interior cargo space.

To accommodate different roof rack positions, the rack features fully adjustable spacing that prevents undersized or overhanging issues. Additionally, the rack includes hardened, lockable covers that secure the contents and deter theft, so you can keep your gear safe and secure.

Before installation, it's recommended to place a cloth on the roof to avoid unnecessary scratching. The included ruler can be used to measure the appropriate distance of 700-800mm between the crossbars. If you need to maintain access to the front roof after installation, the crossbars can be installed on the rear roof while still maintaining the proper spacing.

When placing the crossbars on the roof, it's important to ensure they are streamlined, with the rounded end facing forward and the flat end facing backward, similar to the aerodynamic design of an airplane. This helps reduce airflow turbulence and minimizes noise.

After the initial installation, it's crucial to verify all bolted connections shortly and regularly inspect them, preferably every 1000km (621 miles), depending on use and conditions. Each re-fitting also requires a check.

If you encounter similar whistling sounds during driving, the included black tape can be used to cover the groove at the bottom of the bars, helping to reduce the whistling noise.

Please note that the installation bar of the JK cannot be placed at the rear section of the roof (the roof section over the area without doors) due to the lack of a rain gutter. Be sure to consider the length of your rain gutter when installing.
